Toll Brothers , the nation's leading builder of luxury homes, seeks a Real Estate Closing Coordinator located at our division office in Orlando, Florida.

What is the opportunity?

The Closing Coordinator acts as a liaison between sales, homebuyers, title and lender to ensure a smooth, successful homebuying experience from purchase to final closing.

What are the primary responsibilities?

• Review and approve Agreement of Sale paperwork, identifying and resolving any issues; Coordinate and schedule home buyer closings; Ensure the closing paperwork is ready; Prepare closing documents as needed.
• Daily data entry of sales and closing info as they occur; Distributing seller executed documents to homebuyers in a timely manner; Provide various closing documents to title / lender in a timely manner.
• Support Sales and Project Management as may be needed.
• All other duties as assigned.

• Essential:
  • Real Estate Industry knowledge/understanding.
  • Excellent computer skills including Word/Excel.
