Job Description (The awesome work you’ll get to do):
  • Develop your career working with peers and experienced professionals
  • Work in a team environment and contribute to our civil engineering projects – on airports!
  • Provide various aspects of support for projects in the planning, design, bidding, and construction phases
  • Adhere to applicable state P.E. requirements
  • Responsible for assurance of Delta best practices and industry / review / funding agency standards
  • Ensure internal Delta team is fully apprised of construction project status
  • Maintain responsibility for technial changes to plans / specifications during construction
  • Serve as a mentor to new engineers
Job Requirements (The awesome experience you bring):
  • Professional Engineer (PE) Licensure (required)
  • 5+ years airport design/planning/construction, land development and/or field experience (required)
  • AutoCAD / Civil 3D experience would be great, but is not required
  • Familiarity with design processes in airport/road design, site design, plan production, construction, and survey (preferred, but not required)
  • Knowledge of FAA regulations and state-funded airport programs (preferred, but not required)
