Here's What You'll Get To Do
Manage incoming communications through multiple paths while delivering capable solutions
Innate ability to apply listening skills and providing detailed responses regarding order completion

Rapid processing of incoming sales orders in conjunction with detailed review prior to deployment
Seek direction, improve the skills of your team and achieve swift self-development
Unwavering self-discipline
Receive and process orders from our facilities via purchase order or software service connect.
Review ERP/MRP sales orders for accuracy and schedule compliance for transfer into production software.
Perform order maintenance as needed - adds, deletes, or changes.
Provide comprehensive order status updates to customers regularly
Generate purchase orders for outside aluminum/paint requirements
Track and manage outside aluminum/paint orders with detailed acuity
Learn skills of other roles within the department allowing the ability to fulfill these requirements when called upon
Here's What We're Looking For
Regular and predictable attendance with adherence to all safety policies and procedures.
3+ years previous experience in manufacturing/production planning environment
Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook proficiency required.
Ability and pledge to professionalism at all times
Pledge to the mission of the business and inherent urge to do what's right
High School Diploma or GED
University/college degree is an asset.
Physical Requirements
Stand and walk for entire shift on concrete, up to 8-10 hours
Lift, push, pull or move up to 50 lbs. individually or up to 75 lbs. with a partner
Visual acuity to inspect material for various quality flaws and surface discrepancies
Properly wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Able to work in direct temperatures consistent with same outdoor climate conditions of the region (heat, humidity, cold, etc.)
