We are currently looking for skilled Assembly Operatives to join a premier manufacturer in Peterborough, New Hampshire . In this direct-hire position, you’ll be responsible for assembling sophisticated systems that support crucial national defense and aerospace operations.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assemble high-precision components based on detailed blueprints and technical specifications.
• Conduct thorough quality control checks to ensure all assemblies meet rigorous standards.
• Follow established procedures for handling, inspecting, and testing parts to ensure compliance with safety and quality protocols.
• Identify and resolve minor assembly issues, and suggest improvements to enhance production efficiency.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of assembly processes and inspections.

Required Qualifications:

• Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• High attention to detail with a commitment to producing quality work.
• Physically able to lift up to 40lbs and perform other manual tasks as needed.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
