Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a 1st Shift Production Associate at Creative Plastics International, Inc. The Production Associate will be responsible for operating production machinery, monitoring the quality of the product, and ensuring that all safety standards are met.

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Manufacturing: 5 years (Preferred)

Responsibilities:

• Follow safety protocols and procedures.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Perform quality control checks on products.
• Operate machinery in accordance with safety guidelines.
• Assist in the assembly of products.
• Load and unload materials as needed.
• Pack and label products for shipment.

Pay: $20.05 - $22.61 per hour for this position.

Expected hours:

• First Shift
• 10 x 4 Monday - Thursday 5:30a - 4:00p
• Until enough team members are hired, employees MAY be on extended hours to include half or full day Fridays. In the past 12 months, MOST Fridays have been filled voluntarily. Contact Ed Saunders @ 937-596-6769 ext. 1104 for more information.
