Compensation:  $20.40/hr (NEW WEEKLY PAY)

• Pay increase every 6 months in the first year!

Shift:

• 2nd Shift 4:30 PM 12:30 AM (premium shift pay)

Qualifications: 

• NO experience is needed we complete on-the-job training 
• At least 18 years of age 
• Able to work in a fast-paced factory production assembly environment around conveyors and forklifts 
• Able to continuously walk, stand, and occasional reach throughout your shift.
• Able to lift and carry parts up to max of 40 lbs. 
• Available to work overtime, as required. 

Production Assembly Associate  work in Stamping, Welding, Painting, Die Casting, Machining, and Automobile Assembly. Alabama Auto Plant operates power tools, paint spray guns and welders. Associates may be assigned to different workstations as production assembly needs change. 

• Location: Lincoln AL (Approximately 25-minute drive West of Anniston.) 
• Started Production: Nov 14, 2001 
• Plant Size: 4.9 million square feet 
• Associates: more than 4,500 
• Annual Production: 340,000 Vehicles & V-6 engines
