Pay Range: $30 - $33/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Individual contributor responsible for coordinating the development of prototype products.
• Monitors overall development process for product line. Acts as point person on development details with vendor partners.
• Creates and updates seasonal composite sheets and classification charts.
• Coordinates workflow of weekly updates to ensure composites are used as a timely communication tool with vendors, production, technical and merchandising. Tracks development to assure execution is within timeframes.
• Communicates design development details.
• Typically reports to Product Development Manager.
• Typically no direct reports.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key skills; Product Development
• Vendor Management
• Cost Analysis
• Bachelor’s degree in design or equivalent experience. 3-5 years product design/development experience.
