Position Overview

‍ As a Product Designer at Functionize, you will be at the forefront of crafting intuitive and engaging experiences for our enterprise customers. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product experience, design specifications, and user workflows. This role demands a deep understanding of enterprise software design, a meticulous eye for detail, and a passion for creating impactful digital products that solve complex problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from ideation to execution for Functionize’s AI-powered test automation platform.
• Develop and maintain design specifications, ensuring alignment with product requirements and engineering constraints.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma to communicate design concepts effectively.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design into development.
• Design user-centered workflows and interfaces that enhance usability, accessibility, and engagement.
• Produce high-quality digital assets and design libraries to maintain consistency across all products.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on designs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in product design, with a strong focus on enterprise software products.
• Expert proficiency in Figma and other industry-standard design tools.
• Demonstrated ability to create comprehensive design specifications and digital assets.
• A robust portfolio showcasing enterprise software design projects, including workflows, prototypes, and user interfaces.
• Strong understanding of design systems, interaction design, and accessibility principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present ideas effectively to diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with test automation technologies is a plus.
