We invite passionate individuals to join our team, dedicated to exceeding customer expectations through innovative and sustainable solutions. **CORE RESPONSIBILITIES** + Follows all policies and guidelines regarding workplace safety and product quality + Check on equipment throughout shift to ensure equipment is working properly + Reads and clearly follows processes that are required + Contributes to division results and performance + Takes care of internal and external customer needs and expectations Operate equipment specific to area such as: + CARBON: *Bag products, samples and test; Manage spent carbon feed to reactivation furnace; Switch tank feed from tank to tank of spent carbon; calibrate PH probes, operate a filter press, run facility waste water treatment plant + REGEN: *Sort bottles by size and resin; load and unload deliveries to and from regional branch; Operates forklift to move bottles and materials through plant and load/unload trucks; evacuates bottle **POSITION REQUIREMENTS** + Required: High School Diploma or GED + Minimum two years of experience in an industrial setting + Knowledge of chemicals used in specific process + Must complete site specific safety training and operator training + Ability to communicate clearly to team members + Familiarity with MS Office suites + Preferred: some manufacturing/plant experience preferred; forklift driving + CARBON: Be able to complete 40 hour hazardous waste operations training Salary range: $46,800.00 - $74,900.00 Join the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.
