Surface Quality Monitoring (SQM) Technician – Finishing (Cold Mill)

• 2+ years of experience
  We are seeking a highly skilled SQM Technician to join a Finishing – Cold Mill team. 
• This critical role is responsible for monitoring and inspecting surface quality in aluminum finishing operations to ensure our products meet the highest industry standards. 
• The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with aluminum and surface quality systems, along with a strong ability to investigate and collaborate across teams for continuous improvement. 
• Technical Proficiency: Understanding of cold mill processes, surface quality parameters (e.g., roughness, waviness), and inspection techniques. 
• Aluminum experience is a HUGE PLUS
  
  

Process Engineer – Rolling Mill Fluids (Oils, Lubricants, Emulsions)

• 2+ years of experience
• We are currently seeking a Process Engineer specializing in Rolling Mill Fluids to optimize lubrication and cooling systems in cold and hot rolling operations. 
• This role focuses on the application and performance of oils, emulsions, and lubricants critical to maintaining product integrity and process efficiency in aluminum rolling. 
• Optimize fluid systems in cold and hot rolling mills, focusing on oils, emulsions, and lubricants for aluminum processing. Determine ideal mixtures of oil, water, and additives to enhance lubrication, cooling, and surface protection. 
• Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering

Cold Mill Process Engineer – Annealing Focus

• 2+ years of experience
• We are seeking a Cold Mill Process Engineer with a focus on annealing and heat treatment processes for aluminum products. 
• This role plays a key part in optimizing thermal processing to achieve specific mechanical properties and microstructures, ensuring product quality and performance across our cold mill operations. 
• Develop, monitor, and optimize annealing and heat treatment processes for aluminum sheet and other forms. 
• Conduct thermal process analysis and implement improvements to reduce cycle times, energy use, and variability. 
• Industrial experience with aluminum is required – including sheet, coil, extrusion, or related forms. Familiarity with thermal modeling, data acquisition systems, or statistical process control (SPC).
• Aluminum experience is a HUGE PLUS
