Salary: 90,000 - 120,000 USD per year Requirements:

• I have 16+ years of relevant work experience.
• I possess extensive experience in SFDC Development and Customization.
• I am an expert in Insurance Cloud and Omnistudio.
• I have proficiency in SFDC Lightning and SFDC Integration.
• I have strong skills in SFDC Configuration.
• I have a solid understanding of Life and Annuities Insurance.
• It is a plus if I have experience in other relevant technologies and tools.
• I should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities are desirable.

Responsibilities:

• I will lead the design and implementation of SFDC solutions tailored to the Life and Annuities Insurance domain.
• I will oversee the customization and development of SFDC applications to meet specific business needs.
• I will provide expertise in Insurance Cloud to enhance the functionality and efficiency of our systems.
• I will utilize Omnistudio to create and manage complex business processes and workflows.
• I will implement SFDC Lightning components to improve user experience and interface.
• I will manage SFDC Integration to ensure seamless data flow between various systems.
• I will configure SFDC settings to optimize performance and security.
• I will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
• I will develop and maintain technical documentation for all SFDC solutions.
• I will ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• I will provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• I will monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• I will contribute to the continuous improvement of our SFDC platform.
