Job Description

We are in search of a dedicated and experienced Pilates Instructor to join our team. The perfect candidate will have a strong passion for fitness and a deep understanding of Pilates principles and techniques. You should be able to motivate and inspire clients to reach their fitness goals while ensuring a safe and effective workout environment. Your role will also involve evaluating clients' physical conditions, and adjusting their workout routines.


Additionally, you will be expected to maintain a clean and organized studio, stay updated with the latest Pilates trends and techniques, and engage in continuous professional development. Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build strong client relationships are essential for this role. Responsibilities Include:
  • Lead group Pilates classes for various fitness levels.
  • Assess clients' physical conditions and fitness goals.
  • Ensure a safe and effective workout environment.

  • Participate in ongoing professional development.

Requirements:

  • Certified Pilates Instructor (e.g., PMA, STOTT, BASI).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching Pilates.
  • Strong understanding of Pilates principles and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire clients.
  • Knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
  • Experience working with clients of all fitness levels.
  • CPR certification.
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Ability to provide modifications for different fitness levels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
