Pest Control Technician

About the Role:

We’re looking for a driven, hands-on individual who takes pride in their work, enjoys being out in the field, and thrives as part of a collaborative, hardworking team .

As a Pest Control Technician , you’ll be provided with a company vehicle and scheduled to visit both residential and commercial properties to perform Integrated Pest Management (IPM) services. You’ll manage each job from start to finish, ensuring every client receives top-tier service and long-lasting results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and treat for signs of pest activity or infestation using IPM best practices.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, explaining findings and treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate service records, reports, and customer documentation.
• Safely operate, maintain, and troubleshoot pest control equipment.
• Work independently in a variety of settings - including crawl spaces, attics, and outdoor environments.
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to a culture of excellence and accountability.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Basic math skills for service-related calculations and estimates.
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort using tools and equipment.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, climb ladders, and enter confined spaces.
• Commitment to safety, integrity, and professionalism.
• Reliable, dependable, and self-motivated attitude.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
