Job Title: Pega Developer (Remote – US Citizens Only)

Position Type: Full-Time
Location: Remote (U.S. Based)
Work Authorization: Must be a U.S. Citizen

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled  Pega Developer to join a dynamic team focused on delivering enterprise-level solutions using the Pega platform. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing BPM applications that streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have experience working in Agile environments and a strong understanding of Pega architecture and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop Pega applications using Pega PRPC tools and frameworks.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Participate in all phases of software development including design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Ensure compliance with coding standards, security policies, and performance benchmarks.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and provide ongoing support.
  • Contribute to DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
  • Mentor junior developers and participate in peer code reviews.
Required Qualifications:
  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Pega development.
  • Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) or higher certification.
  • Experience with Pega 8.x platform.
  • Strong understanding of BPM concepts and Pega design principles.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in healthcare or insurance domains.
  • Knowledge of DevOps tools and practices.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).
  • Experience integrating Pega with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
