Parts Counter Assistant – Eau Claire, WI
Advance into a hands-on, customer-facing Parts Counter Assistant role with a well-established company in Eau Claire. This position is perfect for individuals who are mechanically inclined, enjoy interacting directly with customers and technicians, and thrive in a fast-paced shop environment.
In this role, you’ll work at the parts counter assisting walk-ins, phone, and email clients. Core duties include identifying and sourcing HVAC, refrigeration, truck, or heavy equipment parts; processing orders and returns; and maintaining inventory on the shop floor. Your work will involve using POS systems and vendor portals, stocking shelves, and ensuring accurate cycle counts. This position is focused on service and reliability rather than sales goals—there’s no upselling or quotas.
Wage :$18–$23 per hour, depending on experience
