The Bug Company is thrilled to announce an exciting job opportunity for a dedicated and reliable Part-Time Delivery Driver. This role is designed for someone passionate about providing exceptional service in a dynamic logistics environment. Please note, this is a part-time, position based out of Ham Lake, MN which requires your presence on-site. As a Part-Time Delivery Driver, you will be crucial in ensuring that our products reach their destinations on time and in perfect condition. This is not a remote job; your work will be deeply rooted in delivery operations, requiring hands-on involvement and expert navigation skills.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Execute delivery tasks using company vehicles with a focus on punctuality and safe handling of all cargo.
• Follow local driving laws and road regulations, maintaining an impeccable driving record.
• Manage and adhere strictly to routes and schedules without compromising service quality.
• Conduct routine checks and maintenance on delivery vehicles to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
• Resolve unexpected delivery or transportation issues promptly to prevent service disruptions.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the delivery vehicle at all times.
• Ensure that all packages are delivered intact and damage-free, exhibiting attention to detail and respect for handed goods.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a background check and a clear driving record.
• Minimum 9 years of driving experience.
• Minimum of two years of professional driving experience, preferably in a delivery driver role.
• Strong commitment to safety protocols and defensive driving practices.
• Exceptional organizational skills to ensure timely delivery and efficient cargo management.
• Ability to lift and maneuver heavy items, with the capability of moving parcels that weigh up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to operate GPS devices, route management tools, and other navigation apps proficiently.
• Proven track record of reliability and dependability in previous employment.

Schedule

• Wednesday's 
• 8:00 am - 1:00 pm

**Hours will fluctuate based on the shipping schedule and company needs**
