Position Overview: We are seeking a part-time attorney to join our growing commercial litigation practice. This position is ideal for a motivated, organized and detail-oriented individual who can assist with a variety of cases and provide valuable support in managing a busy caseload. The position offers flexibility with a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, and the opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with legal research, case preparation and drafting of pleadings, motions and other legal documents.
• Attend client meetings, hearings and depositions as needed.
• Support attorneys in managing case files and client communications.
• Provide strategic input on case development and legal strategies.
• Manage and meet deadlines associated with multiple cases simultaneously.
• Review and analyze legal documents, contracts and agreements.

Qualifications:

• Admitted in Pennsylvania (or ability to waive in if currently licensed in another state).
• Minimum of four years of legal experience (relevant experience in commercial litigation is a plus).
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
• Excellent communication skills and a client-focused mindset.
• Flexibility and a proactive attitude.

Hours & Compensation:

• Part-time position with a commitment of at least 20 hours per week.
• Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience.
• Potential for long-term growth and increased hours based on performance and firm needs.
