Direct and control traffic to maintain efficient flow on resort property. Ensure guests are parked in designated areas. Communicate with shuttle driver to ensure timely pickups. Complete daily shift paperwork as applicable. Assist guests with unloading equipment and removal from vehicles when necessary. Direct guests to resort services and amenities. Help guests with issues and inquiries following Jiminy Peak’s Standards of Friendly and Helpful Guest Service. Actively pick up trash and debris from lots during shifts and shovel/sand when needed. Maintain daily vehicle count. Plow parking lot areas upon Manager’s request, if qualified. Qualifications Available weekends and holidays. Professional in appearance. Able to work standing for extended periods of time. Able to withstand extreme weather conditions. Possess strong oral communication skills.
