Job Title: Paid Search & Display Manager - REMOTE

Salary/Pay Rate: $70.00-$75.33/hour

Job Description:
Our client's team is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to plan, coordinate, test, and execute digital paid advertising campaigns (primarily Paid Search and Display) for affiliated brands in the East. The Digital Marketing Manager will manage the relationship with a third-party agency and work closely with in-house Digital, Marketing, and Business teams to effectively execute the paid media strategy to drive sales.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a robust paid marketing strategy
• Build, manage, optimize, and report on paid digital advertising campaigns across Search, Display, Video, and Social channel and other digital platforms
• Maintain and Manage relationship with 3rd party agency to execute paid digital strategy.
• Maintain targeted campaign to maximize ROI opportunities for each campaign and control campaign risks
• Manage campaign launches: keyword and ad copy creation, analytics, and tracking implementation
• Monitor campaign performance against goals, including but not limited to search terms reports, negative keyword lists and keyword quality score audits
• Manage pacing, budgets, overall platform allocations and offer proactive budget recommendations
• Daily optimization of all campaigns on Cost per Lead, and Monthly/Quarterly optimization on lower funnel KPI’s
• Track conversion rates, cost per conversion (CPC), return on ad spend (ROAS) and cost of acquisition (COA) on various ongoing and new digital campaigns.
• Identify and recommend opportunities in related channels & advertising platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube)
• Generate performance reports and conduct campaign audits
• Manage, maintain and update internal digital marketing tools (A/B Testing sheet, Audience List tracking, etc.)
• Work with other departments to develop campaign tracking codes and parameters

Minimum Requirements:
• 5+ years’ relevant work experience in digital marketing/media, digital advertising
• Firsthand strong expertise in key areas of Paid Search/SEM, Display Advertising, and Video Advertising
• Experience working with/managing a 3rd party agency
• Strong understanding of Paid Social (Facebook/Instagram and LinkedIn, etc.)
• Proven organizational skills, project management and attention to detail.
• Experience in planning, creating, implementing and analyzing marketing strategies and campaigns
• A solid understanding of keyword search, internet metrics, analysis, and ad delivery processes.
• The ability to stay up to date on marketing trends and news
• Paid media planning and buying experience on major websites or networks with banner and SEM.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills including the ability to develop and deliver clear and persuasive presentations.
• The ability to work effectively, independently and as a team, including cross-functional teams
