SmartTalent is looking to hire an Order Selector for a Large Food Manufacturer in Auburn, WA. Ideal candidates will be motivated to work full time and be able to follow strict GMP guidelines.
TITLE: Order Selector
LOCATION: Auburn, WA
SCHEDULE : Sun-Thurs ( will work 4 out of the 5 days ) 5pm – 3:30am + OT when needed
PAY: $20

ABOUT THE JOB:
You’ll work both in the freezer (10 degrees below zero) and in a dry setting. Freezer gear is provided. Most people can complete their freezer picking within 4 hours but there are times you will be in freezer for longer. You’ll be picking orders using a windows based hand scanner, product put on pallet, once order complete you would wrap it for loading onto the truck. You will enter information into computer system as well. Other duties are required if needed like loading/unloading trucks, cleaning.
YOUR MAIN TASKS:
· Work safely and follow all company rules
· Stick to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
· Pick orders from freezer & dry setting
· Loading and unloading
· Palletize product
· Enter information related to orders into computer
· Utilize hand held scanner
· Help keep areas neat and organized
· Take on other tasks your lead or supervisor assigns
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
· Reliable attendance
· Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs
· Must be able to communicate in English.
· Able to work in a fast-paced environment
· Previous food production experience is a bonus
· Must follow ALL proper GMP regulations
· Reliable transportation (sorry, no bus access)
· A positive, team-first attitude
