Nutritionist (Registered Dietician) - Hybrid

Job Title: Nutritionist (Registered Dietician)

Hours: Part – Time Hybrid

Location: Lake Stevens, Washington

Pay: Hourly $35.00 to $45.00

Responsibilities:

You’ll Achieve Success By:

Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments for residents to develop personalized meal plans that align with physician-prescribed therapeutic diets, improving overall health and enhancing quality of life.
Plan, implement, and monitor therapeutic nutrition programs to enhance resident health, support chronic disease management, and facilitate recovery.
Evaluate resident dietary intake and meal patterns, continuously adjusting nutritional care plans as needed to ensure optimal nutrition and well-being.
Document and maintain detailed nutrition care plans in compliance with healthcare regulations and facility standards.

Qualifications:

Registered Dietitian with accreditation from the Commission on Dietetics Registration / Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics
Experience as an outpatient dietitian or registered dietitian or as a clinical dietitian/nutritionist in an acute care or long-term care facility preferred
Registered Dietitian Licensure in good standing
