Spy Ninjas HQ is looking for a Experienced, Customer Service Driven Bartender to add to our Dynamic Team!!!

Bartender: $15/Hourly Plus Tips

Must have the ability to work weekends and holidays

Must have current TAM/Sheriff's/Food Handler cards or be willing to get them upon offer of employment

Must have proven work history in bartending for at least one year

The role:

The Bartender at Spy Ninjas HQ will be on the front line of the Spy Ninja HQ bar. All bartenders should be health and safety conscious. The bartender will provide friendly, attentive, and timely service to create an exceptional experience for all Spy Ninjas HQ guests. The bartender will have exceptional knowledge of all the beverages offered to guests and engage with each guest in a friendly and professional manner.

• Assumes full responsibility for quality guest experience in the bar area.
• Take and prepare orders from guests and servers.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages consistent with the company's standard drink recipes.
• Record drink orders accurately and timely after receipt in the point of sale system.
• Accept and process guest payments including cash and credit card charges.
• Wash and sanitize all glassware.
• Prepare garnishes for drinks and replenish as needed throughout the shift.
• Clean and sanitize all bar areas including tables being utilized in the bar area.
• Present drink menus, make specific recommendations, and answer questions regarding beverages.
• Report all equipment problems and bar maintenance issues to the food and beverage director.
• Notify management any time a guest is not 100% satisfied with their experience.
• Follow proper beverage handling/ sanitation procedures.
• Uphold quality and consistency in all menu items prepared and served.
• Assist with breakdown and cleaning of all bar shift equipment at the end of the shift.
• Perform all reasonable requests by the management team.
• Attend and participate in all scheduled meetings and training sessions.
• Assist in managing inventory on a weekly basis with assistance from the food and beverage director.
• Perform opening, mid-day, and/or closing duties depending on assigned shift.
• Other duties as required.

Our perfect candidate has:

• Have a high school diploma or GED.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Energetic personality, people-oriented, and a team player.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Proficient computer, keyboarding, and tablet skills.
• 2+ years of prior bartender experience.
• Able to work a flexible schedule in order to accommodate business levels.
• Ability to operate independently with minimal direct supervision.
• Complete knowledge of proper beverage techniques and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to perform multiple tasks at once.
• Ability to successfully uphold quality and consistency in all menu items.
• Demonstrate excellent time management skills.
• Availability to work days, nights, and/or weekends.
• CPR and first aid certified, or willing to become certified.
• Complete and pass a background check.
• Must currently have a Sheriff's card from Las Vegas Metro Police or be willing to obtain one upon hire.
• Must currently have a TAM card or be willing to obtain one upon hire.
• Must currently have a food handler's card or willing to obtain one upon hire.

Compensation details: 15-15 Hourly Wage
