What You'll Do:

Build Strong Client Relationships: Develop and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients, providing expert guidance and personalized service.
Guide Clients Through the Mortgage Process: Analyze client financial situations, recommend suitable loan products, and guide them through the entire loan application process.
Drive Business Growth: Actively seek new business opportunities through lead generation and networking.
Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed production goals while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Leverage Technology: Utilize CRM systems and other tools to manage leads, track progress, and streamline workflows.
What You'll Bring:

2+ years of full-time loan origination experience, preferably in a call center environment.
In-depth knowledge of conventional and government loan programs (purchase and refinance).
Current Texas DBO and NMLS license.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
A results-oriented mindset and a strong work ethic.
