Who We're Looking For:

Therapists who are energized by the opportunity to do meaningful work without the burnout. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative, creative, and authentic environment. We're especially looking for folks who bring humor, compassion, and flexibility into their clinical practice.

What You’ll Do:

Conduct assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and maintain clinical documentation

Maintain a caseload of at least 25 client sessions per week (for full-time)

Provide excellent care to clients of all ages—especially children, teens, and families

Deliver engaging, evidence-based interventions

Collaborate with teammates and local providers to ensure continuity of care

Attend regular team meetings and trainings

Option to provide clinical supervision for pre-licensed therapists

Required Qualifications:

Master’s degree in a behavioral health field (LMFT, LCSW, LCPC, PsyD, LPC, or LSW)

Active Illinois licensure (or in progress)

Experience with diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and clinical notes

Comfort working with children, adolescents, and teens

Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

Proficiency with basic technology and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems

Ability to pass a background check

Preferred Qualifications:

Existing client base or strong community ties

Experience with couples and families

Familiarity with insurance billing and mental health documentation
