Medical Records Technician - $16

Express Employment is hiring a temporary Medical Records Technician for a health facility in Blount County, TN.

Medical Records Technician Responsibilities:

Pick up all paper medical records throughout the facility each morning
Reconcile charts against discharge lists
Prep the records (make sure all pages properly labeled and in order, no staples etc), then scan them into the EMR.
Quality check what you have scanned again making sure the pages belong to the correct patient, they are legible, and not turned in wrong direction etc.
Other duties as assigned
Medical Records Tech Qualifications:

Ability to read and write, experience with medical records and scanning is preferred
Ability to work with computer systems
Ability to type
Attention to detail
Medical Records Technician Shift:

Mon-Fri | 6A-2:30P
Full-time Schedule
Temporary for one month | Nov. 18- Dec. 20
