Core Responsibilities for MD in Pediatrics

  • Deliver comprehensive medical care to pediatric patients, ensuring high-quality health outcomes.
  • Conduct detailed assessments, diagnose pediatric conditions, and implement effective treatment plans.
  • Monitor patient progress and adapt treatments to meet individual needs and developmental milestones.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough medical records in alignment with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications for a Successful MD in Pediatrics
  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree with a specialization in Pediatrics from an accredited institution.
  • 1+ years of experience in Pediatric Care, Neonatology, Pediatrics
  • Completion of an accredited pediatric residency program.
  • Board certification in Pediatrics or eligibility to obtain certification.
  • Active state medical license in good standing or capability to secure licensure.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities tailored to pediatric medicine.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially in interacting with children and families.
  • Commitment to a child-friendly, compassionate approach in delivering patient-centered care.

Work Schedule: 4 day workweek, 1 day admin. Offsite call 1:20.
