Draup is hiring a dynamic Marketing Manager to help elevate our brand through strategic event planning and customer engagement initiatives
Role Overview:
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Experiential Marketing Manager to take ownership of planning and executing conferences, online events, and brand-building activities.
The ideal candidate will excel in creating engaging experiences that resonate with our audience, enhance our brand presence, and drive meaningful connections with customers. This role is primarily based at our office in The Woodlands, TX, with the flexibility to work remotely one day per week.

- Generate net new qualified Sales pipeline through experiential channels - conferences, webinars, podcasts, breakfast shows.
-Plan, coordinate, and execute both in-person and virtual events, and other customer-centric events
- Develop event themes, agendas, and logistics to align with business goals
- Conceptualize and host podcasts, webinars, and customer interviews to position Draup as a thought leader in the industry
- Collaborate with internal teams to align themes with overall brand strategy
- Manage relationships with speakers and vendors to ensure seamless execution
- Design and implement marketing campaigns to promote events and related initiatives
- Oversee content creation, email marketing, and social media outreach to drive event registrations and engagement
- Manage the budget for online/in-person events and marketing activities
- Measure the success of brand-building activities and propose improvements
