Position Summary:
We’re hiring energetic and driven individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Marketing Associates. In this role, you’ll work on the front lines of our nonprofit outreach campaigns—interacting with the public, raising awareness, and helping to deliver compelling messages on behalf of our clients. No prior marketing experience is necessary—just a willingness to learn, strong communication skills, and a passion for doing meaningful work.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent nonprofit clients at community events, pop-ups, and partner locations
Deliver persuasive and informative messages to educate the public about nonprofit missions
Assist in planning and executing local marketing and outreach events
Build brand awareness and generate donor or volunteer sign-ups
Help set up and break down event marketing materials and displays
Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and improve campaign strategies
Track engagement metrics and report insights to campaign managers
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong people skills and a confident, professional presence
Ability to speak clearly and comfortably in public or one-on-one settings
Enthusiastic, reliable, and able to work as part of a collaborative team
Interest in marketing, communications, sales, or nonprofit work
Previous customer service, promotions, or public-facing experience is a plus but not required
