We’re looking for a motivated Marketing & Sales Representative to join our team and gain hands-on experience at the intersection of marketing strategy and sales execution.

What You’ll Do

• Communicate POW Marketing’s services and value clearly and confidently
• Support lead qualification and early-stage client conversations
• Assist with proposals, presentations, and client onboarding
• Collaborate with marketing and account teams to support client needs
• Track outreach and progress using CRM tools
• Learn foundational sales skills and real-world marketing strategy

• Interested in marketing, sales, or business development
• Strong communicator with a professional, positive attitude
• Coachable, motivated, and eager to grow
• Organized and goal-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team environment
