As a Manufacturing Technician - Water Fab (Front End Days) you will perform functions associated with wafer production, including photolithography, thin film, etch, diffusion, inspection, bonding and saw and grind - all in support of the printing industry. This position has a c mpressed work week-Front End Days - Every Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and every other Wednesday. 5:30 am- 6:00 pm

Manufacturing Technician, Wafer Fab Front End Days (FED)

Compressed Work Week-Front End Days - Every Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and every other Wednesday. 5:30 am- 6:00 pm

As a Manufacturing Technician you will perform functions associated with wafer production, including photolithography, thin film, etch, diffusion, inspection, bonding and saw and grind - all in support of the printing industry.

Earn $19.00 to $28.20 per hour based on experience and shift

Generous incentive bonus programs

• Retention bonus Earn up to 10% of your gross wages within your first 12 months for working on a qualifying shift .
• Referral bonus Once you are on-board, there is an opportunity to earn even more money with our referral bonus program. You can earn up to $1000 after 3 months PLUS an additional 10% bonus within their first 12 months of working on a qualifying shift. Keep in mind, the more people you refer, the more you will earn!
• Annual Bonus You will participate in our annual incentive bonus program the target is 6% of your total compensation less any other bonuses paid, based on the achievement of company goals.
