We are looking for a motivated Manufacturing Engineer to drive operational excellence and advance our manufacturing capabilities.

What You'll Do

• Lead process improvement initiatives to boost efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for optimization.
• Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, including standard operating procedures.
• Analyze production data to uncover trends, diagnose issues, and implement effective solutions.
• Utilize Lean and Six Sigma principles to drive continuous improvement.
• Train and mentor employees on new processes and quality standards.
• Qualify and implement new equipment and processes using IQ/OQ/PQ methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards while fostering a culture of excellence.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or related Engineering field.
• At least 3 years of experience in process improvement, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma.
• Hands-on proficiency with statistical analysis tools like Minitab.
• Expertise in process mapping, value stream analysis, and blueprint reading.
• Knowledge of manufacturing materials and processes.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
