Job Description

Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and repair industrial equipment to ensure optimal manufacturing operations. This role requires expertise in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and reactive maintenance on manufacturing equipment, including conveyors, motors, pumps, and CNC machinery.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to ensure continuous operation.
• Diagnose malfunctions using schematics, diagnostic tools, and testing equipment.
• Install and maintain production equipment, including wiring, sensors, and PLC systems.
• Document maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage to support continuous improvement efforts.
• Follow safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
• Collaborate with production teams to address equipment issues and minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required ; technical certification or associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams.
• Experience with PLC troubleshooting and programming is a plus.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team setting.
