This is a strong opportunity for a hands-on maintenance tech who wants to step up, own results, and make an immediate impact. You’ll guide a team of three, drive preventive maintenance, self-perform key repairs including HVAC installs, and help elevate two Class B+/A- communities with ownership committed to investing in improvements.
