Maintenance Manager (Tupelo, MS)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all maintenance operations to ensure maximum equipment uptime and production efficiency.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term maintenance strategies aligned with operational goals.
• Champion safety by implementing robust maintenance safety programs and driving a safety-first culture.
• Build a world-class maintenance program using industry best practices to boost reliability and reduce downtime.
• Monitor and report on KPIs including equipment reliability, safety compliance, and cost efficiency.
• Guide and mentor a high-performing maintenance team; ensure training, engagement, and accountability.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, leveraging CMMS platforms to track and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with the Plant Leadership Team to align on goals, strategy, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Engage with labor union representatives to maintain productive, win-win labor relations.
• Stay current on emerging technologies and lead the integration of modern maintenance tools and techniques.

Qualifications:

• Associate Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering – Required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering – Preferred
• 10+ years of maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing – Corrugated Packaging strongly preferred
• Proven track record in maintenance planning, team leadership, and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in CMMS systems, Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook), and understanding of PLC/DCS technologies.
• Strong problem-solving, people leadership, and communication skills.
