**Job Title: Machine Operator - 2nd Shift** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join our team on the 2nd shift. This role involves assisting in the process of bagging certified 100% organic whole food mushroom powder. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building boxes, labeling, wrapping, and filling small to medium-sized pouches of mushroom powder. Additionally, you will fill boxes with labeled and sealed pouches, inspect products before shipment, and assist in paperwork processes, tracking counts, and orders. **Responsibilities** + Assist in the process of bagging certified 100% organic whole food mushroom powder. + Build, label, and wrap boxes. + Fill small to medium-sized pouches of mushroom powder. + Fill boxes with labeled and sealed pouches following work orders and prepare completed boxes for shipment. + Perform inspection of products and boxes before shipment. + Assist in the paperwork process, tracking counts and orders. **Essential Skills** + Ability to lift 20-25lbs regularly and occasionally up to 50lbs. + Experience in GMP, production line, food production, packaging, and labeling. + Ability to cross-train, possess a good attitude, and quick learning capabilities. + General production and labor skills, machine operation, and packing. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Vista, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
