*Job Description:*
We are seeking a motivated and experienced personal injury litigation attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success (3+ years experience) in handling personal injury cases in litigation. The ideal candidate will take initiative in independently managing cases while also providing proactive support as needed.
*Responsibilities:*
* Manage a caseload of personal injury cases in litigation.
* Conduct client consultations, intake, and check-ins when necessary.
* Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and briefs.
* Prepare for and attend depositions, hearings, mediations, and court proceedings.
* Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
* Conduct legal research and analysis.
* Collaborate with paralegals and support staff.
* Maintain client communication and relationships.
*Qualifications:*
* 3+ years of experience in personal injury litigation
* Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
* Active membership in the California State Bar
* Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
* Strong negotiation and advocacy skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Demonstrated compassion for clients and commitment to justice
