Project Manager Your new company A successful and established GC working mainly on Laboratory (Higher Education), Manufacturing, and Office projects. Has a good backlog of projects and steady workflow due to a solid list of repeat clients.
Your new role Project Manager - Mostly an office-based position, very little travel involved. May manage multiple projects at a time, depending on the size of projects (typically between $1M to $15M).
What you'll need to succeed - 10-15 years' experience in construction, with the majority of that time spent in a Project Management position
- Background in Healthcare, Industrial Buildings, or Higher Education is preferred, but any commercial background will be considered.
- A decent understanding of Procore and ability to read spreadsheets
- Ability to manage schedules
- Good communication skills and ability to present oneself professionally to owners/clients
What you'll get in return - Salary: $110,000-$135,000/yr
