Position Overview
We’re looking for motivated individuals who want to build a rewarding career in life insurance sales. No prior experience is required — we provide full training and mentorship to help you get licensed and start earning.

Connect with clients to assess needs and recommend suitable life insurance products
Follow up with leads and manage client relationships
Complete licensing requirements (if not currently licensed)
Attend team trainings and meetings for ongoing development
Qualifications
Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S.
No prior experience needed (training provided)
Must be self-driven, coachable, and goal-oriented
Must be willing to obtain a state life insurance license
Compensation
100% commission-based with performance bonuses
Average part-time: $30,000–$50,000/year
Full-time: $75,000–$150,000+/year (varies by effort and results)
