Locating an Accredited Marriage and Family Therapist

Seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who is both caring and ready to make a positive impact? In order to help our clients overcome their challenges, we are seeking a committed individual to join our team and provide them with essential treatment services.

Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year, plus benefits.

Your Impact:

Facilitate individual, couple, and family therapy sessions that inspire healing and growth.
Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' unique strengths and challenges.
Create and implement tailored treatment plans that align with clients’ goals.
Maintain detailed documentation of therapy sessions and client progress.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for integrated care.
Provide empathetic support during crisis situations, ensuring clients feel safe and understood.
Stay updated on the latest mental health practices and research.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
Current LMFT license in the state.
Strong interpersonal skills and a heartfelt commitment to helping others.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
