Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure maintenance of effective 24-7 plant operations with rotating on-call schedule, escalation paths, and emergency response plans
• Adhering to monthly KPI targets and managing Technical Penalty SLA misses
• Making sure team updating ticket on time and providing RCA on time
• Good Team Handling Skills
• Prioritize and schedule calls with technical team members to investigate the actual cause of the issue

Compensation & Benefits:

Expected hourly pay for this role ranges from $35 to $38. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
