Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Landscape Maintenance Manager to join our team in Wrightsville Beach, NC. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in landscape maintenance, with a strong focus on leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for commercial maintenance, training, improvement and helping the division to grow to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all landscape maintenance activities, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans tailored to each property.
• Supervise and train landscape maintenance staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintenance protocols.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.
• Manage budgetary aspects of landscape maintenance projects, including cost estimation and resource allocation.
• Utilize sustainable practices and environmentally-friendly techniques in all landscaping activities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in landscape maintenance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of horticulture and plant care.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in the use of landscape maintenance tools and equipment.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various job sites as needed.
