Your new role

They are looking for a Junior Estimator to support their estimating team in preparing bids for civil infrastructure and site development projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career to gain hands-on experience in the estimating process, learn from seasoned professionals, and grow within a well-established contractor.

What you'll need to succeed

• 1-3 years of experience in construction or estimating (internships or co-op experience welcome)
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
• Basic understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and performing quantity takeoffs
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
• Exposure to estimating software (HCSS, Bluebeam, or similar) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Interest in civil construction and infrastructure projects in the NYC area
