Job Overview:

We are seeking an organized, motivated, intelligent junior digital marketing associate to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for executing Google Ads and SEO campaigns to drive online traffic to our clients' websites and drive leads.

The goal of this role is to teach you solid fundamentals, develop your skills, and mold you into the next generation of associates and leaders at our company.

Responsibilities:

Google Ads

• Negative keyword management
• Quality score optimization
• Client communications and support
• Troubleshooting campaigns

Google Analytics

• Setting up conversion and event tracking
• Creating new GA4 and Google Tag Manager accounts

SEO

• Creation of content briefs for landing pages
• Keyword and topic research
• On-page optimization of content
• Reporting
• Identification and correction of minor technical SEO issues

Social Media

• Selection of content topics to be reviewed by associates and senior associates
• Review of analytics and reporting back to account managers

Who is a good fit:

• Someone that is great at following directions. We do not expect you to be an expert digital marketer, but we do expect you to follow instructions to the letter; this is how you will become an expert.
• Someone that is organized. You will be doing work across dozens of SEO and Google Ads accounts—you need to be able to coordinate and stay organized.
• Someone that is ready to work. We are on an hourly model with our clients; you'll be tracking and billing all the time you spend on client accounts each day. The expectation is that you complete at least 6 hours of client work each day. This is not the type of position where you will be spending hours at a time playing ping-pong. At the same time, you should be able to leave by 5 if you're working and getting stuff done during the day.
• Someone that is hungry to learn. You should be following digital marketers on social media. You should be reading industry blogs.
