Responsibilities:

• Identify and cultivate relationships with employers to generate job openings and placement opportunities.
• Provide job seekers with guidance and support in resume preparation, interview skills, and job search strategies.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with employers and job seekers to ensure successful job placements.
• Collaborate with community organizations and partners to enhance employment opportunities for clients.
• Maintain accurate records of employer contacts and job placements in a database.
• Organize and participate in job fairs, workshops, and networking events.
• Stay updated on labor market trends and employment opportunities in the local area.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in job development, recruitment, or workforce development is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employers and job seekers.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with database management.

Work Hours:

Monday through Friday, first shift.
