YOUR ROLE
As an IT Technical Writer – Cloud Center of Excellence, you’ll play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing technology solutions that are the foundation of the world class customer service that our customers expect and deserve – now and in the future. We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient IT Technical Writer to join our Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE). This role will support a team of Enterprise Cloud Architects by creating, maintaining, and improving technical documentation that enables consistent cloud adoption, governance, and operational excellence across the organization.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, English, or a related field.
Required background in Systems Engineering
Proven experience as a technical writer in an IT or cloud-focused environment.
Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, particularly Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Familiarity with cloud-native services, infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform, ARM, Bicep, CloudFormation), and DevOps practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, technical environment.
Proficiency with documentation tools such as Microsoft 365 Products and diagramming tools like Visio, Miro, or Lucidchart.
Nice to Have
Experience working in or supporting a Cloud Center of Excellence or enterprise architecture team.
Knowledge of cloud security, compliance frameworks, and operational monitoring tools.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.

The base salary pay range for this role starts at a minimum rate of $ 91,800 up to the maximum of $181,200. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible to participate in an incentive plan. The incentive plan is based on performance and the target earning opportunity is 10% of your base compensation. The final determination on base pay for this position will be based on multiple factors at the time of this job posting including but not limited to geographic location, experience, and qualifications to ensure pay equity within the organization.
