Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and support for computer systems, hardware, and software
• Answer users' questions and address their technical issues promptly and professionally
• Train users on basic system and computer functions
• Resolve IT-related issues in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the overall IT team to ensure efficient system operations
• Contribute to maintaining and improving IT support processes

Eligibility Requirements

• Strong interest in pursuing an IT career
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Basic understanding of computer systems, hardware, and software
• Customer service-oriented mindset
• Ability to work well in a team environment

Salary & Benefits

• $18-$21 / hour salary commensurate with experience
