Overview New Hiring！Position: Investment Analyst Location: Remote ABOUT THIS ROLE As a key contributor to the investment team, you will source and evaluate investment opportunities, focusing particularly on early-stage startups. Your role will involve conducting detailed research and analysis, leading thorough due diligence processes, and presenting well-informed investment recommendations. You will play a critical role in driving deals from inception to closure while supporting the fund in post-investment activities. Building and maintaining strategic relationships with entrepreneurs, industry experts, global investors, funds, and VCs will also be a core aspect of your responsibilities. Responsibilities Establish and maintain strategic relationships with entrepreneurs, industry experts, global investors, funds and VCs. Source and evaluate investment opportunities in Web3, with focus on early-stage startups. Execute detailed research and analysis, including market research, business modeling, competitor research and financial analysis. Conduct thorough due diligence on prospective investments and present well-informed recommendations to the company. Lead/support deals from inception through closing. Support fund in post-investment management, risk management, exit strategies etc. Contribute to research reports that cover industry trends, investment thesis, macro ideas, market insights. What we look for You have a formal research background, but are also crypto-native and understand web3 tech. You’re excited to have space to nerd out on academic whitepapers and new technical docs while also staying up to speed on analyzing and testing the newest solutions in crypto. You’re scrappy and thrive in a fast-paced environment while remaining intellectually honest and not compromising the quality of your research and analysis. You're intellectually fascinated by the web3 stack, specifically blockchains and the space of cross-chain interoperability.

1. 3+ years of experience in venture capital, investment advisory or related field in blockchain.
2. Crypto native with at least 3 - 5 years of experience with in-depth understanding of the industry, themes, trends, tokenomics etc.
3. Strong track record in managing deal execution including but not limited to risk and market assessment, competitor analysis, due diligence, valuation, investment agreements, term sheet structuring and negotiations.
4. Established personal network of venture capital firms and investors.
5. Highly analytical and strategic thinker with strong attention to detail and results-oriented.
6. Highly motivated team player who is also able to work independently
