Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to oversee and maintain inventory accuracy across multiple warehouse locations. This role requires travel within Florida and occasional travel to our Texas facility. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for training warehouse staff in inventory procedures and ensuring best practices are followed at all sites.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor, update, and maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management software.
Conduct regular audits, cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies.
Train warehouse employees on inventory processes and system usage.
Ensure proper receiving, labeling, storage, and shipping of goods across all locations.
Collaborate with warehouse managers, procurement, and logistics teams to streamline inventory operations.
Prepare detailed reports on inventory metrics, stock levels, and shrinkage.
Maintain inventory areas in compliance with company standards and OSHA safety guidelines.
Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.

Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in inventory or warehouse management.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory systems.
Excellent organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to train others and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Valid drivers license and willingness to travel to company locations as required.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in warehouse environments (standing, bending, moving).
Must pass E-Verification.
