Parkview Physicians Group is currently seeking Board Eligible / Board Certified Internal Medicine Physicians to join our team in Fort Wayne, Indiana .

Specifics of The Role

• Full time 100% ambulatory or split hybrid (ambulatory + hospitalist) positions available. Yes, it is possible to do both and preserve work-life balance!

• Opportunity to participate in teaching, both in the inpatient and outpatient setting within the Parkview ACGME accredited Internal Medicine Residency Program
• Opportunity for core faculty position, for physicians interested in a primary teaching role

The Practice

• Typical patient volume of 18-22 patients per full day
• 5 patient clinic days and 4 hours of administrative time per week
• Fully integrated EMR system with EPIC for both inpatient and outpatient care
• Comprehensive spectrum of specialty support within Parkview Physicians Group
• Several locations available , all in Allen County, Fort Wayne
• Data driven provider & staff ratios to optimize office efficiency and enhance joy of medical practice
• Minimal call burden with dedicated access center triage nursing staff 24/7 and call sharing with 13 other internists. Outpatient calls are only 4 weeks per year
• Option to include hospitalist shifts as part of FTE or work extra shifts for additional compensation

Compensation & Benefits:

• Highly competitive starting salary in the top quartile compared to national and regional benchmark for first 2 years of practice
• Commencement bonus and resident stipend is available
• Transition to productivity-based compensation at year 3 with earning potential above $500,000*

  • *Compensation adjustment reviewed annually and is subject to change without notice

• 36 paid vacation days a year + 5 days of CME (Continuous Medical Education) per 1.0 full time FTE
• $4000 stipend for continuous medical education (CME) per 1.0 full time FTE
