About This Position:

Treehouse is seeking a collaborative and enthusiastic Interior Designer with 3–5 years of professional experience to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with clients and design staff throughout all phases of residential design projects.

Responsibilities will include:

· Develop conceptual space plans and interior design concepts in collaboration with senior staff and clients

· Collaborate with design staff and cabinet specialists to produce and coordinate interior drawing sets

· Lead the development of detailed drawings: enlarged plans, elevations, custom cabinetry, built-ins, and lighting/electrical layouts

· Create material palettes, including cabinetry, built-ins, trim, stone, tile, paint, plumbing fixtures, lighting, and hardware

· Gather samples, prepare mockups, and accompany clients to showrooms

· Prepare detailed schedules for material, fixture, and product selections, including ordering and tracking

· Coordinate with architects, construction managers, consultants, suppliers, and craftspeople during design and construction phases

· Facilitate and oversee the ordering of materials, fixtures, and appliances

· Participate in team meetings, client presentations, and site visits

· Support onsite coordination of interior finish installations, including stone, tile, lighting, and specialty finishes

Qualifications should include:

· Professional degree in Interior Architecture or Interior Design

· 3–5 years of experience in residential design, working directly with clients, project managers, and craftspeople

· Proficiency in Revit (required); additional skills in Office Suite and Photoshop preferred

· Strong time management skills with the ability to balance multiple deliverables and deadlines

· Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills

· Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

· Eagerness to collaborate with colleagues, consultants, and craftspeople
